The shower didn’t have hot water. Everything else was fine, nothing special but nothing terrible.

Staff were very friendly at check in and even went above and beyond (unasked) to see if a room upgrade was available. The room was clean, well appointed and very comfortable.

Excellent hotel, fast service, I had to book this hotel last minute, and it was hassle free, no issues. I highly recommend, and I would stay here again. Very clean, easy parking, good restaurants and stores near by.

They ran out of wash cloths and offered hand towels instead, which are far too large for wash cloth purposes. We were able to get fresh wash cloths the following morning and house keeping brought them to our suite fairly quickly. We checked in at 5pm on a Monday and the elevators were so swamped with people and the wait was so long to ride an elevator that we lugged our belongings up via the stairs. Other than that our stay at Omni Shorepoint Hotel was pleasant. We enjoyed the pool and the Belgium waffles in the downstairs dining area. Our server was very kind and made our breakfast experience a delight.
